# Cannot Reach Your Data - Issue

## Feature(s) impacted

We are unable to access our data. We continue to get the message on the image below when trying to click into a row of data\>

## Observed behavior

The project opens up and we can see all the tables listed. However when clicking into a row in most of the tables we get the error on the image. It seems like the tables with larger amounts of information are the ones impacted.

## Expected behavior

Our expectation is to be able to see the information on the record, and the related d  
data tables.

Hello @Adriana_Cisneros

Thanks for reaching out to the support.

From what I can see, your agent is logging errors  
`column members.airtable_balance does not exist`

You can access those logs yourself via the command line following this [documentation](https://docs.forestadmin.com/cloud/code-customization/getting-started#accessing-the-logs).

I tried restarting your agent as the error did not seem to stem from a change in code customization.

Can you please inform me if it has resolved your issue.
