# Creating Descriptions

## Expected behavior

In the layout editor, when I created a description for a certain field (in this case “options”). I expect that when I visit said field outside of the editor, the description is there.

## Actual behavior

There is no description near the field.

Hi Rebeca,

The description value is not displayed on related data fields.  
It is visible for fields listed if you click on “Size” in your example.

I am creating a feature request to add the missing information on the related data side.
