# Filters are not working on Smart Fields

- Team name: Operations
- Environment name: staging
- Agent (forest package) name & version: node v16.14.2
- Database type: sql
- Recent changes made on your end if any: no

Hello guyz, I am unable to filter fields, when field is smart (see attachment).  
any solution for that,

I am able to apply filters on every other collection, but for this particular collection I am unable to understand what is wrong

Hello @Zaeem_Ahmad !

- Can you confirm that you are using our `forest-express-sequelize` agent ?

If that’s the case you need extra work on your side to make it work for your usages. [See this link to the documentation related to filtering on **Smart Field filtering**](https://docs.forestadmin.com/documentation/reference-guide/smart-fields#filtering).
