# Getting all 403s in the dashboard

## Feature(s) impacted

The entire dashboard for one user account

## Observed behavior

For the following setup (see images below), I’m getting all 403’s and nothing appears for Erlich Bachman’s account, when I go to the staging environment on the dashboard.

## Expected behavior

No 403’s

## Failure Logs

When querying the resources in Google Chrome from the FA Dashboard

```

## Context

- Project name: jurata
- Team name: Content/Opertaions
- Environment name: staging
- Agent (forest package) name & version: 1.35.16
- Database type: mongodb
- Recent changes made on your end if any: I did set up this account just now.

Hello @David_Roegiers,

We have identified an issue with permissions cache that is being fixed at the moment.

In the meantime I have cleared the permissions cache of your project to fix your issue.  
Could you please refresh your browser window and try again ?
