# Our server encountered an error

## Expected behavior

After logging in, accessing Forest Admin panel.

## Actual behavior

Cannot reach the panel, getting " Our server encountered an error". Not all users impacted though.

## Context

Please provide any relevant information about your setup.

- Package Version: forest@0.16.0
- Express Version: express@4.17.1
- Sequelize Version: sequelize@5.21.11
- Database Dialect: MySQL
- Database Version: mysql Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.7.30, for Linux (x86\_64) using EditLine wrapper
- Project Name: luko

First of all, thanks for coming here and reporting the issue. It seems that it’s something on our end (see the other recent post ["Our server encountered an error" on anything in Forest](https://community.forestadmin.com/t/our-server-encountered-an-error-on-anything-in-forest/343)).

It’s tricky as it seems that not all users are impacted by this outage, but we noticed a few minutes ago and are looking into it right now. Please follow the other post for status updates!
