# Relationship 1 to 1 =\> display custom field, not id

Hello, i have a booking table and each booking has a user.

In my table/collection, the user field is an link to the user but the value displayed is the user.id.

I’d like to change that and use `user.email`.

I can see on the live demo that it can be done, but cannot find it in the documentation

Hi @Jules_Truong 👋 you can go on the `user` collection setting and change the `reference field`
