# Smart action not showing up

I can see a new smart action I added in development mode. It seems as though the development environment is not updating properly.

As a test I removed an older action and restarted the server. and this time the action did not dissappear from the UI,

Any help would be appreciated.

## Expected behavior

- Added new forest action (of type single and with a required file field) on a collection.
- Waited for the UI to ask me to refresh that a new development environemnt is ready.
- After refreshing the new action should appear.

## Actual behavior

- Added new forest action (of type single and with a required file field) on a collection.
- Waited for the UI to ask me to refresh that a new development environemnt is ready.
- Refreshed the browser but the action does NOT appear

## Failure Logs

no failures are logged.

- Express Version:
- Forest-Express-Sequelize: ^5.7.0
- Sequelize Version: ^4.37.6
- Database Dialect: Postgres w/ ssl + encryption
- Database Version:
- Project Name: Pento

I solved this issue now, it was because the smart action by default is not visible. Hence, it does not appear in the UI.

We need to manually update this on the Forest settings for the action to show up. Was this a recent change?
