Hi, one of my collections in my project has the following scheme: ![Screen Shot 2021-10-15 at 09.43.37](https://europe1.discourse-cdn.com/flex013/uploads/forest/original/2X/f/f4e430970891137c6beca4ec5d48e01f1718dc13.png) As you can see there is a field called metrics which is in levels, and then there is the charities field which is an array of id’s referenced to the charities collection. I would like to know if it is possible to create a smart action which contains a form to create a record as detailed above? i.e. having to complete data in levels and select many charities referenced to that collection. I have been reading the documentation but I have not found the way to do it. I appreciate any help, comments. Thank you! ---
