# Smart Field on user\_intercom\_conversations (native integration)

## Expected behavior

Intercom’s **user\_intercom\_conversations** behaving as a regular collection (with the possibility to add smartFields)

## Actual behavior

Model user\_intercom\_conversations is not recognized

## Failure Logs

An error occured while computing the Forest schema. Your application schema cannot be synchronized with Forest. Your admin panel might not reflect your application models definition. Cannot read property ‘name’ of undefined

Sorry for the delayed response, and welcome to the community.

Could you provide me the model definition causing the issue? Also, what version of `intercom-client` are you using ?
