## Feature(s) impacted

always need to connect from a DB to a db why can’t i use everything at once

## Observed behavior

i need support or a video on how to start or support as a premium user  
alll what i want is a dashboard that has icons for department so that users can go to a department a choose one of the requests to request from the system
