# Unable to authenticate you / Ubuntu

Hi,

I installed the backend on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS x64 following this:

Installation was successful:

But then this:

I tried to understand the other posts about this topic, but did not find a path to follow.

How can I fix this ?

Welcome in the community forum!

Could you please open the developer console of your browser, try to authenticate again and share with us the errors from the console and the network tab?
