# (URGENT/EMERGENCY) Forest admin cannot reach data

Please help, Forest admin cannot reach the data and it takes quite long time to process when the data can be reached.

it takes a long time and runs slowly when we load a data as the screen capture

Hello @Fajar_Sidik_Tanjani,

Can you ping your forestadmin server at `GET /forest` and see if it responds with a 204 status code?

Moreover can you check your network window from your browser dev tool and tell us which request is failing? It would help a lot 🙂
