# "You have been disconnected" error and signed out frequently in forestadmin

In order to help you out, could you please:

- Give us a bit more context on those inopportune logouts (frequency, what it always like this, when it happens e.g. when you put your computer on power-saving mode or when you have several Forest Admin tabs opened in the same time…)?
- Give us your project name so that we can check have a closer look?

PS: we rollbacked some changes this morning on the subject as the problem was also brought up [here](https://community.forestadmin.com/t/keep-getting-automatically-logged-out-of-forest-admin-losing-all-my-context/2187/19).
