Add BOM to CSV export for Excel to detect UTF-8 encoding

What is the feature?

Adding the option bom: true to the CSV parsing method for the export. That makes Excel know that the CSV is encoded in UTF-8 and solves encoding issues.

What problem does this solve for you?

If using the built-in export feature of Forest, opening the CSV with Excel will not have the right encoding, which is really visible for special characters in French for example.
