JSON file viewer is berken in smart actions

Smart actions JSON file input fields.

Observed behavior

This happens when selecting a file to see in the input (called JSON File here).

Note that the green lines were added in post; the white square is really what we see.

A file called “télécharger” is automatically downloaded.

Expected behavior

A JSON preview used to appear in the white square.

The change probably rolled over today or yesterday, since we use JSON input fields almost daily.

Context

  • Database type: MSSQL
  • Recent changes made on your end if any: None.
  • Browser: Microsoft Edge 146.0.3856.59

And, if you are self-hosting your agent:

  • Agent technology: Node.JS
  • Agent (forest package) name & version (from your .lock file): agent 1.51.0

just a quick update: the fix has now been deployed to production.

The issue with the JSON file viewer in smart actions should now be resolved.
