Smart action not detected

Smart Action not detected for my express sequelize app

i have created a collection it shows up in portal.
but when i try to add smart action its not showing up.
i followed this step Create and manage Smart Actions - Developer guide
i am using @forestadmin/agent @forestadmin/datasource-sequelize forest-express-sequelize

You’ve created a project using our new agent version @forestadmin/agent but you’ve been misled by the old documentation.

Here’s the new way of creating smart action in @forestadmin/agent.

Plus, you don’t need forest-express-sequelize that’s an older package not working the same way as the new one.
