A pop up required when user clicks on X button on file fields

Feature(s) impacted

If a user clicks on the ‘x’ to remove a logo, can a pop up appear that says “Are you sure you want to delete this?” with “Yes” and “Cancel” options.

Observed behavior

No pop up appears if user clicks on remove button.

Expected behavior

If a user clicks on the ‘x’ to remove a logo, a pop up should appear that says “Are you sure you want to delete this?” with “Yes” and “Cancel” options.
