We have 4 ForestAdmin accounts on the organisation “jurata”. Suddenly two are receiving authentication errors, when trying to log in. Please see the bug report attached with details about the error log. This is blocking our operations work, thanks for letting us know how to solve this a.s.a.p.

I think this is not resolved, unlike i see in your status page.
At the moment, we can see this error in our logs:
[forest] 🌳🌳🌳 Unexpected error: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND api.forestadmin.com
This happens both with forest-express-sequelize 9.2.6 and with forest-nodejs-agent 1.47.0.

This is due to ongoing DNS propagation ongoing, which prevents some users or their agents from connecting to the forest admin api for authentication. The service is indeed still unavailable for some users.
We have updated the status page
If possible you may force refresh / clear the DNS cache to try and speed up the DNS resolution update.

Just rebooted the backend services on our side, but nothing changed.
Hope the propagation will be quick
