In forest admin can we set the order of fields to display on the page when we want to create or update record.

Thank you for reaching out with your question.
Indeed you can edit fields order while updating/creating a record by doing the following:
- Go to any record to see the edit form
- Enable the layout editor mode using the button on the top right corner (note that only editors and admins can do that)
- Then by hitting the following orange button next to the record’s id, you’ll be able to reorder the fields as you want
