Can't edit field settings for any collection or field - Layout editor also broken

Expected behavior

Update basic settings of fields and change layouts for summary section

Actual behavior

Unexpected error when trying to update field settings (e.g. badge colours, field display name, description.) - Seems to happen in all environments.

Layout editor also doesn’t persist changes after refresh.

What is the current behavior?

We currently have a bug avoiding to save sections with a blank title.
We are currently solving it quickly.
