Can't Enter to Forest Admin (LOGIN ERROR)

Hi,
We can’t enter to Forest since an hour ago.
We got a 500 error when we try to make login to our dashboard.

https://api.forestadmin.com/api/sessions - 500 error
detail: “[Wed Mar 03 2021 12:23:47 GMT+0000 (Coordinated Universal Time)] Unexpected Error”

Please we need help, our team can’t work
