I am trying to disable some Native Actions.
I could find an old documentation page that shows this screenshot, where the options are available
But on my admin panel, options are not showing up.
Could you help ?

It seems that this documentation you found is no longer up to date 
. To activate or deactivate these actions you have to go through the roles: Manage roles and permission levels - User Guide. Hope it will help you
