Smart action not shown

hello

i am currently using forest admin and its deployed to production and everything.
for some reason i have this smart action that just won’t show in production and staging but it does show in development. and the weird thing is that it shows in the settings of the table in the production environment and i set it as visible but when i try to use it by selecting a record it doesn’t show in the actions. i would appreciate the help.

Could you please check that the trigger permission is enabled in the role assigned to your user?
