Hello,
Feature(s) impacted
Edit settings in layout editor
Observed behavior
When I try to activate a content value in the “edit settings” section for a widget, the value appears as activated, but I still can’t find it when I leave the layout editor. And if I refresh the page, the value goes back as unactive in the layout editor. Loom here : Loom | Free Screen & Video Recording Software
Expected behavior
I should be able to select the recently activated value, after it’s activation in layout editor.
Context

Thanks for the help!
Hey @Guillaume_Laganier
Indeed, I can’t see this new value on my end as well.
Do you have, by any chance, a log in your browser console or a network call failing after clicking on save?
Thanks in advance

Hello @anon39848301
Sorry for the late reply.
No unfortunately, nothing wrong in console or network …
Cheers,
I tried to reproduce the issue on a test projet, but everything is working on my end.
I’ll check your project configuration and keep you updated
Hello @anon39940173
Ok thanks. For information, we have the issue on all our forest accounts.
Cheers,
@Guillaume_Laganier
I see on the video that some of the enum values are suffixed with emojis, so I suppose you are using the “alter value” on the display widget.
We are still failing to reproduce the exact issue you have shown on the video.
Could you try to:
- Edit the “display widget” of the field
- Disable “alter value”
- Save and refresh your browser
- Edit the “edit widget” to add the missing enum value
- Save and refresh your browser
- Enable “alter value” again to re-add the emojis
If this works, we will create a bug report on our end to fix this.
Hi @anon39940173

Have a nice day
