How to remove dissociate button from actions dd?

Hello,

Can we somehow disable the Dissociate the relationship button from the collections?

In this case, we need relations only for reading the relational data.

I was tried via roles & perms system, but there we could see these:

Also did not manage it via layout editor.

Is the option for enabling/disabling the Dissociate the relationship button exist?
