I have an issue setting things up, I did everything in the docs but still not working

The error in the console: [forest] :deciduous_tree::deciduous_tree::deciduous_tree: Your configDir (“D:\gestionCentreFormation\forest”) does not exist. Please make sure it is set correctly.

and also cannot access the panel in forest eadmin account, it says ''unable to authenticate you, Please verify that your admin backend is correctly configured and running, and that you have access to the internet.

How have you create your project?
It is an in-app installation or a Forest CLI installation?

Basically the warning say the folder forest is missing from your root project. But it is not a blocking point to start.
Can you share with us the entire log of your server start.
