Forest admin application is running on our server, but can't see it on app.forestadmin.com

We have started the project on our server:
Your application is listening on port 3310.
[forest] :deciduous_tree::deciduous_tree::deciduous_tree: Checking need for apimap update…
Your admin panel is available here: https://app.forestadmin.com/projects
[forest] :deciduous_tree::deciduous_tree::deciduous_tree: No change in apimap, nothing sent to Forest.

But Forest admin gives us this message: Unable to authenticate you

Please verify that your admin backend is correctly configured and running, and that you have access to the internet.

I would like to know what extra data I could provide you for this.
Also I will continue to run the service in case that helps you

Our VPS is running on: 194.5.157.22

  • Project name: Kulturos Dokas
  • Team name: -
  • Environment name: Ubuntu 20.04 64bit
  • Agent type & version: Ubuntu 20.04 64bit

Hey @Andrius_Simanavicius, and welcome to our community

But Forest admin gives us this message: Unable to authenticate you
Please verify that your admin backend is correctly configured and running, and that you have access to the internet.

Could you please check your browser developer console logs as well as the network tab to see what kind of HTTP call is failing?

Running on a VPS may required you to configure your “api endpoint” in your project settings > Environment tabs to fully onboarding.

Thanks in advance
