Leaderboard chart requests fail with 403 Forbidden

Hi,

Tried upgrading from 6.6.1 to 7.11.0 and leaderboard charts are showing cannot render chart with 403 Forbidden responses. However, downgrading to 7.1.0 fixes the leaderboard charts.

Can you share the chart configuration you use so I can reproduce on my side ?
And also the failing call information (from the Network tab of your Browser) mainly the Query Parameters.

The response. If it helps, the response is taking really long (1.6 seconds) before returning 403

I’m back with some questions to be sure this have identify the right issue.

  • Can you give me your project name ?
  • Are you experiencing this bug on all charts or only on Leaderboards one ?
  • Can you create a new Leaderboard chart (with the same informations of a previous buggy one) and delete the old one ? (with v. 7.11.2)

  • Yes, seemingly only for the leaderboards charts
  • Tried this with 7.11.2 but the error persists
