My cloud agent got completely reset after I tried setting up a local agent, all my work is lost except for custom code customizations

Hi, I have a cloud agent where we did heavy customizations but the agent kept crashing so I tried setting up a local agent. When I reverted back to the cloud agent, all the customizations we had seems to be lost …

The cloud agent customizations have all been erased

I expected to keep my customizations in the cloud agent

Hello and thanks for reaching out @Alexandre_Jousse,

I understand someone from the Forest Admin team has been in touch with you about this issue. It is linked to the fact that you tried to connect a local agent, which overwrote the customizations from the cloud agent.
In the meantime, I have performed a restore of your layout from yesterday. You should have recovered your missing customizations by now.

Regarding the cloud agent crashing issues, this is not something expected.
Would you be able to provide more details, maybe in another post on this so that we can try and fix them ?

I have created another ticket here Agent unreachable. Forest Admin can't reach your server
to follow up on the other issue we are facing.
