Our server is down

hello i was just using my admin panel and i just refreshed and now it won’t work. it shows the message “our server is down”

i don’t know what to do about this. there has to be a way for me to resolve this kind of issue without having to come here every time its down. i need to know if i did something wrong or is it your problem.

please let me know if there’s anything i can do.

Does the issue persist after a refresh? We experienced a small incident this morning be everything should be back to normal by now.

well now it works fine but like 30 minutes ago it wasn’t working.
