Forest has been down for me and my team for about 24 hours

My team and I have had these error messages on Forest since yesterday:
" Our server encountered an error

An unexpected error occurred. If the error persists, please let us know ."

Can you provide any update on when we can get back online in Forest?

We are unfortunately experiencing a downtime, caused by our platform provider.

The incident was resolved earlier today, but reappeard 1h30 ago.

The downtime has not been of about 24 hours, but ~7 hours in total last week.
