Smart actions limited to hidden segments are not clickable

Expected behavior

I want to to be able to click on a smart action in the related data view of a record. These smart actions are limited to segments of another collection. I want to keep hidden this collection and its segments

Actual behavior

The smart actions are not clickable in the related data view of the record when the segments linked to these smart actions are hidden.

Can you describe more precisely what you wish to accomplish ?
From what I understand you have a hidden collection with a hidden segment, and you have a smart action on this segment.
In the related data view of a record of another collection, you wish to be able to call this smart action.

Is that right ?
