Smart relationships broken after v7 update

Expected behavior We are expecting that smart relationships are working in version 7.9.2, but that is not the case. Actual behavior We are facing already reported and resolved bug in version 7.9.2. removing the ^ from the install to forced 7.8.3 install worked for me
