Summary view -- delete element button

Hey guys

I’m contacting you today because of the summary view delete button.
It’s kind of impossible to add a field to the bottom of the view without triggering the delete element button.
I’m compelled to move the section on top of the view to add a field (& then move the section on the bottom). Is it possible to move the delete button ?
