Please help, Forest admin cannot reach the data and it takes quite long time to process when the data can be reached.

Can you ping your forestadmin server at GET /forest and see if it responds with a 204 status code?
Moreover can you check your network window from your browser dev tool and tell us which request is failing? It would help a lot
