I’m reaching out because I’m still unable to access our Forest Admin back office when I’m connected to the Sonova France network. This issue has been ongoing for nearly a month and is really problematic for me, as I need to access this platform daily.
We’ve been investigating the issue with our IT team, and here’s a quick recap of what has already been tried:
- The error message displayed is: “Agent Unreachable” (same on Chrome and other browsers).
- A firewall rule was created to allow access to all
*.forestadmin.com
domains across all ports/applications. - Windows Defender was checked and does not appear to be blocking anything.
- The issue occurs both on Wi-Fi and when plugged in via network cable.
- The problem affects all users connected to the intern network and wifi.
- IT suspects there may be additional domains or endpoints beyond
*.forestadmin.com
involved in the platform’s configuration. - As the application was developed by Poyesis using Forest Admin as the backend platform, we already reached out to them. They advised us to contact the administrators of the platform directly, as the issue seems to be related to the network configuration and not to the app itself.
Could you please check on your side (e.g. logs, endpoints being used, redirects, etc.) and let me know if there’s anything we can provide to help resolve the issue? Our IT team is willing to make further changes if they have more detailed information about the network requirements.
