I see this smart view implementation for fullcalendar Display a calendar view - Woodshop for old agent generation
I would like to know if we can include this calendar view on the workspace (not Data)?

We upgraded our ember version since implementation shared in your link.
You should be able to create a calendar smart view with this documentation
Then, on a workspace, you can customize a collection component to display the smart view :
Collection component settings > Display > View
