Issues with defining smart views

Hey there folks,
I’m currently trying to build a Smart View for a collection on Forest. I’m finding the UI for creating the component and little buggy at the moment - is there a way of creating a Smart View in my local repo so I can create all my code in my code editor ?

Thank you for your feedback,
I’m sad to see you didn’t find yet a nice way to develop your smart view.
We are working on it to turn it better and better.

Today we do not have support to write a smart view outside the UI.
I am creating a product board ticket in order to consider the suggestion you made to support it.
