Cannot add/modify smart actions

Suddenly I’m unable to update smart actions in dev. I modify the names of them, and they remain the same (acting as if it’s being cached from your guys data).

There are no errors (server or locally), I’ve also tried to clear the browser cache.

Expected behavior

Added smart action should change the hidden list of smart actions.

Modifying smart actions should reflect as well.

Actual behavior

Nothing is changing. Forest re-loads just fine, but acts like nothing has changed.

We have observed some technical queueing in the 3 previous hours.
It now looks ok.
Do you still experience this issue right now?
