Filtering and segments do not work with stripe tables. Even though I se filter rules for table results. For example I want to see invoices with attempted status = true. ForestAdmin displays all data always.

I am afraid search and filters are not available features for Stripe (and other integrations).
But those features should definitely be hidden in the user interface.
About the filtering configuration, you can go into the collection settings and deactivate the filter option for each field using this toggle button:
