Changing Admin backend URL and not running

Hi everyone,

Im created new admin for mysql data. I deployed to production and changing Admin backend URL with our new domain. When I call the url from browser, im getting Your application is running. But i want to get directly admin panel like app.adminforest. How can i access our admin panel from our domain?

  • Team name: …
  • Environment name: …
  • Agent type & version: …
  • Recent changes made on your end if any: … + the date of those changes (for instance if you updated the agent)

Depending on the version of the agent you are using, there might be multiple possible explanation for your issue.

Team name: Operations
Environment name: Production
Agent type & version: Last version, we installed yesterday this project
Recent changes made on your end if any: … + the date of those changes (for instance if you updated the agent)

Did you update your environment variable on production according to this change? (If you do have an APPLICATION_URL environment variable)

Yes @jeffladiray . I set the APPLICATION_URL to https://error-mapping.sync-app.com. But i try this url, i get only Your application is running! message.

This is the expected behavior.

As we are hosting the frontend part, the only way to have a custom domain is on our “Pro” plan (More informations available here)

Plans under the “Pro” one do not offer this feature, thus you need to use app.forestadmin.com domain to access your admin panel.

thank you @anon39848301. ı understand. Another question. If we subscribe pro plan. We are one pro plan user, can create different project on this user?
