Creating customized sections on forms and detailed view

I would like to organize the data in the forms and details view in a more structured manner.

Currently, the fields display in a list format. I want to group fields together in a section and label them.

For example, customer-related fields can go under the section “Customer details”

Can I achieve this without Smart views?
