Getting all 403s in the dashboard

The entire dashboard for one user account

Observed behavior

For the following setup (see images below), I’m getting all 403’s and nothing appears for Erlich Bachman’s account, when I go to the staging environment on the dashboard.

Expected behavior

No 403’s

  • Project name: jurata
  • Team name: Content/Opertaions
  • Environment name: staging
  • Agent (forest package) name & version: 1.35.16
  • Database type: mongodb
  • Recent changes made on your end if any: I did set up this account just now.

Hello @David_Roegiers,

We have identified an issue with permissions cache that is being fixed at the moment.

In the meantime I have cleared the permissions cache of your project to fix your issue.
