Do you attribute not assigning your backend to a multi-availability AZ from the get-go to the pains of switching to a new provider?

It is a bit more complex than that,
We do have some multi-availability setup, we are technically still ongoing with our migration to AWS. Due to calls failing on our AWS infrastructure last week, we temporarily switched the load to Heroku. We were able to mitigate the down and disrupted services by switching to AWS once more. Fortunately we had the fix for last week’s problem ready.

According to ForestAdmin status, yeah there’s been an issue for a few minutes. No incident posted yet.
It should be back now. Apologies for the inconvenience. We’ll publish an update on our status page explaining the cause of the issue.
