Hooks for Global Smart Actions

What is the feature?

It could be this already exists but I would like the “hooks” function to be available for Global Smart Actions. It seems it works for Single and Bulk actions but not for Global ones

What problem does this solve for you?

We want to use Global actions that create certain brand new resources or triggers something unrelated to any one specific item in a collection, where some or all of the fields (like enums for example) are dynamic.

Who else would be using this feature?

This would actually be useful in our case for almost all of our global actions

I might even be wrong about Bulk actions… It could be that it only works for single ones, in which case my request would apply to both Bulk and Global actions
