Just a couple of hours ago (07/06/2021 14:56:42), an address was added to our Forest, and it made our whole website bug. We do not know who added this address. Is it possible to find out ? Thanks for your help,

Nope we did not activate this feature, we are on a starter account. Do we have to pay more for this feature ?

Activity logs is a feature from the starter plan, you should already have it then
