I can't get into my account

Hi Forest support. I can’t log into my forest and am getting this error.

Could you please share with us the networking data so we can understand a bit better what went wrong ? Is your account authenticated via google ?

Recent changes to your project or agent could also be the cause of this issue.

Project Name: Annexx
Team Name: none
Environment name: Ruby and Java
Agent type & version. Don’t know. new developer and can’t get in.
Recent changes made on your end: I got a notice saying the credit card couldn’t be charged, but no other vendors had this problem.

Email and password was what I used to put to log in. I’m not sure if it’s authenticated another way. I put in at the log in then it asked me again for password to access info, then I got the error message above.

Could you open developer tools on Chrome, and go to the networking tab. Then recreate the steps to receive the error. You should be able to see the request that were made and resulted in errors in the networking tab. A screenshot of those request would be a great help to debug your issue.

  • On your production environment, where you installed the Forest Admin agent, you should have a .forestadmin_schema.json. Can you please share the “liana” and “liana_version”
