I can't get into my account

Hi Forest support. I can’t log into my forest and am getting this error.

Could you please share with us the networking data so we can understand a bit better what went wrong ? Is your account authenticated via google ?

Agent type & version. Don’t know. new developer and can’t get in.
Recent changes made on your end: I got a notice saying the credit card couldn’t be charged, but no other vendors had this problem.

Email and password was what I used to put to log in. I’m not sure if it’s authenticated another way. I put in at the log in then it asked me again for password to access info, then I got the error message above.

Could you open developer tools on Chrome, and go to the networking tab. Then recreate the steps to receive the error. You should be able to see the request that were made and resulted in errors in the networking tab. A screenshot of those request would be a great help to debug your issue.

Yes, I would need more detail through:

  • Can you click on the request that is on error and post the details.
  • On your production environment, where you installed the Forest Admin agent, you should have a .forestadmin_schema.json. Can you please share the “liana” and “liana_version”

Could you click on this line please ?
You will then have a right panel opened. You will have several tabs on this right panel.

Above issue I have got when I entered password.

Because I have changed the URL but now I am unable to changed the URL.

And about the liana variable means below

No you shouldn’t share your secrets publicly.

I have been able to get the “liana” from our side. It seems to be a ruby on rails liana.

The screenshot of the error is not complete but from what I can see it is linked to CORS and you mentioned you changed the url. Can you check if the configuration of your application, does it allow CORS for “app.forestadmin.com” ? As shown here.

Yes we are using gem in ruby on rails gem ‘forest_liana’.
