IP whitelist not retrieved, since upgrading to 6.3.3

I have already upgraded the gem to 6.6.3 and also moved to the usage of FOREST_CLIENT_ID. Still, we are facing the issue where API is returning 403 with the message “IP whitelist not retrieved”.

I have tried everything since two days mentioned in other threads related to SSL failure. Everything was working absolutely perfectly till HTTP client SSL issue. BUt now the business is almost closed since 48 hours.

Please someone help.

Also getting this issue when trying to run the console on our ENV. “Forest :deciduous_tree::deciduous_tree::deciduous_tree: Cannot send the apimap to Forest. Forest might currently be in maintenance.”

Expected behavior

We are able to log in/authenticate on Forestadmin Web.

Actual behavior

Unable to login and it gives error “Please verify that your admin backend is correctly configured and running and that you have access to the internet.”

Hello,

Are you able to run a curl on https://api.forestadmin.com from your server?

If you get a 404, then it works.

If you get a certificate error, it means that you need to upgrade your system to include the new root certificate for Let’s encrypt.
