New tables added to supabase, show in forestadmin, but unable to view data

How to reproduce:

  1. Add new table in Supabase using Supabase Dashboard
  2. Go to Forestadmin dashboard and click “Sync Database Schema”
  3. The new tables are not shown, need to Click “Edit Layout” and show them.

Observed behavior

  1. When clicking on the new table, I can’t view the data, even though I’m admin

Expected behavior

  1. When clicking on the new table, I should be able to view the data

Context

  • Project name: venusai
  • Team name: Operation
  • Environment name: production
  • Agent (forest package) name & version: Liana 1.8.8, cloud hosted version
  • Database type: Supabase, connect with Postgres
  • Recent changes made on your end if any: No, I’m using the cloud hosted version

It’s not bug, you should edit your collections permissions in the roles section:
Go to project settings > Roles > Roles > Your role > Edit permission.

Should we show a message/warning when a new table is added? Or give user the full permission by default when new table is detected?
