It seems the new UI does away with Project Settings? How do you add users with the new UI. I have to switch back to the old UI to be able to add users.

You can find the Project Settings access button by clicking on the top-left logo (new UI). It will open a contextual menu in which you will see different navigating options depending on your level of permission.
